STEP 1 – PLACE YOUR ORDER

Upload your photo. Must follow our Photo Guideline
STEP 2 – ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will contact you to confirm your order.
STEP 3 – REVIEW SAMPLE

One of our skilled designers will finish your portrait, and we will send it to you for a check-up.
You can confirm the order or request a revision.
STEP 4 – DELIVERY

For Digital Delivery, we will deliver a jpeg file around 4500×5500 on 300dpi.
For Physical Delivery, we will print your portrait on your chosen material.

PHOTO GUIDELINES

High Quality & Resolution Photo.
Taken in normal light conditions. Outdoor natural daylight gives the best results.
No Blur
No heavy shadow or burned image
Head fully visible without cropped parts
It has to be taken from eye level, not from above or under.
The photo needs to be a portrait close-up so we can see the unique traits of the subject.
The best outcome is when the subject is looking away from the camera. The Head is slightly left or right.
PLEASE NOTE:

The photo is the most crucial part of the process. Without a good-quality photo, we will not be able to complete your request. While we understand that it may be challenging to get the best picture, try to provide the best photo. If you are unsure about the quality, kindly message us before you place your order. Rest assured that we will do our best to bring your smile on!

We will always respond within 24hours, including weekends.
